The method

Anyone can call back. We prove what it caused.

01

A call goes to voicemail.

You're on a roof, in an attic, on another job. The lead is already dialing your competitor. Nothing about this step is your fault — it's physics.

02

Missed call to your phone ringing in under 8 seconds.

A natural voice conversation built only for residential HVAC: qualifies the job, books the appointment, routes true emergencies straight through. Around the clock.

03

The profit gets measured, not modeled.

A random slice of recoverable leads is deliberately held for a set window, then treated. Worked minus held is Δ — profit we caused. Emergencies are never held.

Our view · The category

Missed calls are the first leak. Not the last.

A residential HVAC shop leaks revenue in more places than the phone: missed calls, unanswered texts, estimates nobody chases, old leads going cold in the CRM. Missed calls are just the leak you can hear.

We're building Revenue Autonomy for residential HVAC — one system that recovers every leak and proves, causally, that each recovered dollar is profit you wouldn't otherwise have. That's the category we intend to define, and the standard we intend to define it with: cause, measured. Not correlation, claimed.

Call recovery operates today. Everything else arrives the way everything does here — measured first, claimed second. The status board below is kept honest on purpose.

Vectrion adds Revenue Autonomy to the stack you already run. No migration. No rip-and-replace. Your software stays — your revenue stops leaking.

Live

Present tense is earned here. A claim appears only when it's true on our live system.

Fifteen seats. One condition.

The founding cohort is a six-month pilot, then month-to-month, with your rate locked for life. Pricing is discussed on the founder call — it isn't published here yet, on purpose, until the first cohort's numbers are.

Asked, answered

Eleven questions owners ask first.

How fast is the callback, really?

Missed call to your phone ringing in under 8 seconds — machine-verified · Jul 2026. That isn't a promise, it's a log file. Every callback is timestamped end to end on our live system. No industry statistics stand in for our own.

What happens to the leads you hold back?

A random slice of recoverable leads is held for a set measurement window, then treated like every other lead. That delayed-treatment design is what makes the profit number a measurement instead of a guess. Emergencies are never held.

Is this a chatbot on my website?

No. Vectrion is a voice system on your phone line, built only for residential HVAC. It has the conversation, qualifies the job, books the appointment, and routes true emergencies straight through — around the clock.

What does it cost?

Founding pricing is set on the founder call, and the founding rate locks for life. We don't publish a number yet — on purpose. The first numbers we publish will be the founding cohort's measured results, not our price.

Do you integrate with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber?

We deploy alongside the software you already run — no migration, no rip-and-replace. Integration specifics for your exact setup are covered on the founder call.

Do we have to switch our software?

Vectrion adds Revenue Autonomy to the stack you already run. No migration. No rip-and-replace. Your software stays — your revenue stops leaking.

What actually makes Vectrion different?

Most AI phone tools answer your calls. Vectrion recovers the ones you already missed — your customer's phone is ringing back in under 8 seconds, machine-verified — and then does the one thing nobody else in this industry does: proves the profit it caused. A small random slice of recoverable leads is briefly held back, the rest are worked instantly, and the difference — measured on your own leads, not an industry average — is the only number we report. Voice-first. Built only for residential HVAC. Measured, not guessed.

What is the measurement holdout?

Out of every 100 missed calls, we instantly work about 90. A small random slice — never emergencies — waits a short window, then gets treated like every other lead. Comparing the two tells you exactly how many booked jobs Vectrion caused, instead of us taking credit for customers who would have called back anyway. If the difference is big, you know precisely what you're paying for. If it's zero, you fire us with evidence. That's the deal — and it's why our numbers mean something.

What's the ROI?

Here's an illustrative example — not a client result. On the founder call we re-run it with your real numbers. Say 100 calls get missed in a month. We work about 90 instantly; the other ~10 — never emergencies — wait a short window before being worked normally. That small held group is the measuring stick. Suppose 40% of worked calls book: 36 jobs. In the held group, 10% book on their own — which tells us about 9 of those 36 were coming anyway. The difference, 27 jobs, is what the system actually caused. At a $450 average ticket, that's roughly $12,150/month you wouldn't otherwise have. The holdout rotates quietly in the background — no caller is left behind — so the ROI you act on is measured in your own leads, not our brochure.

How do you measure recovered revenue?

Every call, callback, booking, and outcome is logged with a timestamp as it happens — measurement is built in, not reconstructed at invoice time. Recovered revenue is the difference between what the worked leads booked and what the held-back leads booked on their own, priced at your ticket sizes. Because both groups come from your own missed calls over the same period, the result is a measurement, not an industry average or a projection.

What does the holdout window prove?

It separates what Vectrion caused from what would have happened anyway. During the window — its length is set in your agreement — a small random slice of recoverable leads waits before being worked, while the rest are worked instantly. Emergencies are never held. When the window closes, the booking difference between the two groups is the lift Vectrion caused, measured on your own leads. A big difference tells you exactly what you're paying for; a zero tells you to fire us — either way you're acting on evidence, not a sales claim.
